Pasadena District 3 recognizes PIHRA Foundation Scholarship Winners

Belton-Braggs and Petra Hatzeberger, (PIHRA 3 and PIHRA Foundation board members) for their academic achievement, school/community involvement, and their promising career commitment to the field of HR. Blue and gray balloons were attached to the chairs of the recipients so they would be acknowledged and praised by District 3 attendees.
